Enter a plot’s map coordinates or use your current location. The report compares nearby records and present conditions. A nearby event does not establish that this particular property was damaged or flooded.
02 / LAND VALUE
DOLMA publishes minimum land valuations by land revenue office and fiscal year. A district can contain many rates, depending on the exact location, road and land class. Enter the rate from the applicable booklet or a documented offer.
1 aana = 342.25 sq ft; 1 ropani = 16 aana. 1 dhur = 182.25 sq ft; 1 kattha = 20 dhur; 1 bigha = 20 kattha. Confirm which local unit and area the source uses.
